No. After signup, you can tell VEGA access notes, smart lock instructions, preferences, and property details by voice or text in any language. VEGA organizes each property's knowledge base so cleaners receive the right instructions before they arrive, and you get photo proof when it is done.

A standard turnover includes surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, host-provided linen change, and a final photo walkthrough. Custom checklists can be tailored to your property, and optional restocking can be turned on when you want supplies checked and replenished.

If a cleaner finds excessive mess, unsafe conditions, damage, or work outside a normal turnover, we document it with photos and review it in ops. Any approved adjustment is itemized so the scope, cleaner pay, and host charge stay clear.

Restocking is optional. When enabled, cleaners check your supply list during the turnover and flag low items. Supplies are billed at cost, plus a flat $20 restocking fee when delivery is needed.

Managed linen reset is optional. In v1, Argent supplies sheets and pillowcases, then cleaners reset the beds during each active turnover. It starts at $35 per turnover and must be activated by ops before billing begins. Towels are planned later.

Most 1-bedroom units are completed in 1.5 to 2 hours. 2-bedroom units take 2 to 3 hours. Same-day turnovers between checkout and next guest check-in are our specialty.

Cleaner messages route through Argent Ops and are translated automatically. If VEGA already knows the answer from your property memory, the cleaner gets the answer without bothering you.

Hosts can choose automatic card billing or buy now, pay later for eligible turnovers. Card mode pre-authorizes the turnover before service and finalizes the receipt after verification. Buy now, pay later sends a Pay now link for each eligible turnover before dispatch. Receipts include the property, photo proof, quality score, restocking, and any approved extras.

Yes. Most hosts manage 2 to 10 listings. Each property gets its own calendar sync, custom checklist, and quality history. Everything in one dashboard.
